Muglamania Terms and Conditions

Delivery Schedule

As many of our mugs are hand made on receipt of your order, despatch times vary from 48 hours, if in stock, to 4 weeks, due to the fact that some collections are made to order and hand decorated.

We charge shipping on a "per order" basis.
Calculated and advised to the buyer, before charged and before shipped.

Tax Charges

All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT at 15.0%

Guarantee and Returns Policy

We take every care to ensure your mugs arrive in perfect condition. If by some chance the mugs are damaged, then we will replace or credit the items.

We will exchange any goods that we determine faulty or of poor workmanship, it is most unlikely that this should occur because all pieces go through rigorous quality control checks before despatch.

However should something slip through the net, we ask you to package and return the goods to us at your expense, and to enclose a brief description in writing pointing out what you are unhappy about.

On receipt of the goods intact and not damaged in transit, we will inspect the goods and if we agree with your complaint we will then supply a replacement piece/ pieces and despatch to you at our expense, also at that point we will issue credit to cover the cost of your postage expenses, this credit will then be deducted from your next purchase. The returned pieces should reach us within 10 days in their original packaging.

We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of any fault with the product.

Web Site Viewing

All screen based images are affected by screen resolution, choice of colour palette, menu options, browser choice, and physical hardware limitations.

The images throughout our web site are designed to represent our range and indicate the choices available.

Every effort is made on our part to reproduce colours as accurately as possible.

We do not accept responsibility for differentiation of tone from screen to actual piece of pottery.

Please contact us and indicate your interest and / or request that one of our sales or technical staff phone you to determine your precise requirement.

Delivery of items.

Shortages,damages or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

If a delivery has been attempted and the orders is returned to us due to nobody being available to sign for the goods/incorrect delivery address or due to the fact that a sucesful delivery could not be made and the goods need to be resent.

A 2nd delivery charge will be made to cover costs of resending the items.

If goods are returned to us for the above reasons,this can delay the goods arriving at the final destination by up to 6 weeks due to Royal Mail holding items at a Central Depot for collection by customer for upto 14 days before returning to ourselves.
